I've started to worry a bit about the girls and the new baby. They are SO excited for Olivia to be born and can't wait to help and hold and kiss, etc., but it just hit me the other day how much our family dynamic will change. Jeremy has been mentioning it for weeks and I have just kind of blown him off. It is exciting and a little sad. It was such a transition for Jeremy and I when we had the twins and now that it has been the four of us for the past 4 1/2 years, we have had SO much fun together and the twins amaze us each day - being at home with them has been such a blessing - and I also realize that they have both been the babies - MY babies - and as I tranisition from a mother of two to a mommy of three they will also be transitioning from the babies to the big sisters. I am so anxious to get Livvy here and be done being pregnant - but I am also enjoying each day with my two "babies" while we prepare for our different roles in our little family.
The picture of Jer and the girls was taken by our friend Ben - we went to their house for dinner a couple of weeks ago and he has started a photography business and wanted to take some practice photos of the girls and is planning on coming to the hospital to take Livvy's debut photos.

Your girls will be great big sisters. I love the picture of Jer with the girls. So cute.
So I heard you almost had her a few days ago, yeah well look at my family where we have been a family of 5 for 6 years going on 7 this year! Talk about changes.
I can't believe you are only a few days away. How exciting! You will love how the girls will transition into big sisters. They will be such awesome helpers! I am so excited for all of you.

Ben did such a great job with that photo! Your family is so beautiful. I worried too about Ty having to become the big brother but he took such pride in knowing he had a little brother to look out for-I know that once baby Olivia is in your arms you will wonder how you guys ever lived without her!
Congratulations Emily I saw the picture that Jeremy sent my mom Olivia is really cute! Unless you decided not to call her that well anyway see you hopefully soon!
