Inspiration from Facebook - who woulda thunk it?

A friend of mine on FB posted this video today - I say friend, but you know how facebook goes, didn't know her that well, but really nice, etc.  Anyhow, she is going through a divorce right now and posted this video of Derek Redmond.  He was an Olympic sprinter and one of the favorites to win at Barcelona in 92 (?) It is AMAZING - please take a look.  It is a gentle reminder of our journey here on earth - that in the moments that things are taken away things are also given.
