Our first weekend here we headed down to the Strip - CRAZY!!! We took the girls to see the lions at the MGM which was fun - but I honestly don't get the whole let's go and blow through all of our money and drink beer for breakfast mindset. I guess that's a good thing that I don't get it. It was raining that day so that was the only thing we got to do.
There is a park right up the street from our neighborhood and we take the kids there every day that the weather is good - Livvy's favorite thing to do it run down this huge hill and then have me carry her back up so she can run down again - I can't complain much because it's great exercise for me =)
The house is coming along. Here are a few pictures so far. We still have boxes to unpack and I am determined to have our pictures hung up by the end of this week - we only had like 1 thing hanging up in our house in Prescott Valley.
Livvy was sick this whole past week - stomach flu plus a really nasty cough. It was during this week that she has stopped sleeping in her crib. She takes naps on the couch or my bed and has been sleeping on a blanket on our floor the past few nights. I plan on letting her cry it out once her cough is completely gone.
Livvy also dislikes clothing and diapers - a lot. Given the chance, and the right pair of pants, she can be naked in seconds. What am I going to do with this kid?
The twins are growing up so fast - they are SO much fun and SUCH a pain at the same time - I absolutely love being their mom.
Well, that's it for now. We are heading up to Utah this weekend - I guess we will have to pack our coats - right now it's capri and sometimes shorts weather!
